Our drivers: certified competence

The choice of drivers is carried out by Vip Limousine with the greatest care to ensure professional and experienced drivers, both on italian and foreign routes.

Each Vip Limousine chauffeur must have at least 5 years experience in car rental with driver.

This assumes a very good knowledge of the city, the hotels, the restaurants and the surrounding areas.

Mister Muzzone, founder and owner of Vip Limousine, verifies personally the driving style of new employees, checks out their knowledge of roads and routes and teaches the drivers all the directives on values and standards requested by Customers.

REGULARLY HIRED DRIVERS

Vip Limousine hires his drivers with regular employment contracts both to give drivers insurance coverage in case of on-the-job injury or illness and to ensure regularity in case of restraints by the authorities controlling traffic.

Having hired standby drivers makes us able to satisfy even last minute requests and gives us the chance to send the same driver when a highly satisfied Customer asks for him for a new service.

KB CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, ENROLLMENT ON THE REGISTER AND CQC

All Vip Limousine drivers must have the qualifications provided for by law in case of chauffeur driven car hire service.

The same applies to chauffeurs driving coaches with more than 8 seats.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTS

Drivers must constantly undergo on drug and alcohol tests made by ASL (Local Health Authority) by request of our Company.

MULTILINGUAL DRIVERS

All Vip Limousine drivers are aware of English, and on request also French, Spanish and German.

All other languages are supported by our tour guides, whose services can be easily booked through the Call Center.

DRIVERS DRESS CODE

Vip Limousine follows the rule of "The Boss Eye", which involves a careful control of clothing worn by drivers and collaborators: drivers must wear impeccably, dark colored, formal and elegant strictly with collar and tie.
