Our Mission is to continue to be the number 1 for quality in luxury car rental services with driver in Milan. We reach our Mission every day by putting above all the Customer's satisfaction, his expectations and desires, with a detail-oriented and meticulous organization of every aspect of the service.
VISION AND VALUES
Our Vision has a few, simple rules describing our values. We have been successfully following those rules for 40 years.
1. QUALITY NOT QUANTITY
We are proud of our service of excellence, where quality is preferred to quantity. We chose to devote ourselves to few Customers to give them the best the market can offer, to guarantee always the highest quality and the maximum satisfaction, rather than seeking a large number of Customers with the risk of failing and not being able to ensure in a perfect way our services.
2. PERSONALIZED SERVICE AND DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR EACH CUSTOMER
Each Customer, and obviously his needs, is unique and different from the others. Our wide and complete selection of services let us understand and allows us to find the best solution to grant the Customer's wishes: this is the reason why we don't base our site on special offers or rates, but we evaluate our service. Our qualified and expert staff is daily studying new proposals based on the actual needs and wishes of every Customer.
3. ANSWERING SERVICE FURNISHED BY THE CALL CENTER, NOT BY CHAUFFEURS
You can always count on our daily continued availability 24 hours a day: answering services are carried out by specialized personnel. The physical presence of a secretariat provides an additional security if the mobile phones at drivers' disposal are temporarily not available.
This allows even a greater peace of mind while travelling: our chauffeurs are not forced to talk on the phone while driving and will not take unnecessary risks to the Customer due to distraction.
4. REAL OFFICES IN THE CENTRE OF MILAN
Our offices have a physical location. It could seem obvious, but it isn't at all. Our offices are not in a suburban area of the city, difficult and uncomfortable to reach, but they are located in the centre of Milan, representing for the Customers an important reference point to reach for every needs.
5. CALL CENTER OPERATING 24 HOURS A DAY WITH DESIGNATED AND SKILLED STAFF
Another important strenght is our Call Center, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our multilingual skilled staff is able to provide in real time any kind of information you need, such as travel time, recommended restaurants, hotels, places to see, management of the reservations, and even the full organization of events or shows, without time limits. The whole staff is responsible for the management of services and always knows the right position of drivers and cars, in order to have a permanent control and to reduce the margin of error (we are proud to let you know that actually our margin of error is equal to zero).
6. LAST CAR MODEL, CONTINUOUS RENEWAL
Excellence for us means perfection and the cars we use for our services have in this case a lead role. We do our best to keep high quality standards, for this reason we use the best cars on the market and the latest available models. Vip Limousine car fleet is constantly renewed, cars are replaced before they reach 20.000 km and Customers can count on the fact that they will always travel with new cars with excellent performances.
7. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR MAJOR INVESTMENT
Your safety is the key point of our interests and our cars benefit a constant maintenance programm: our Customers know that all our cars follow the controls prescribed by the deadlines provided by the automaker. We don't ever save up on maintenace at the expence of Customers' and drivers' security.
8. FULFILL LAST MINUTE REQUESTS
Being owner of the whole car fleet allows us to fulfill every last minute request, for example in case of a Customer suddenly decide to change the car he had chosen before. We also receive phone calls from Customers who planned a service with other car rentals, but they are left alone in airport or railway station: we can rush over in a few minutes.
9. IMMEDIACY AND QUICKNESS OF SERVICE
We are able to satisfy immediately requests of services: our employees are already on duty in our office, ready to leave outright in case of unexpected last minute requests.
10. REGULARLY HIRED DRIVERS
All our chauffeurs are regularly hired: this is useful not only in creating a relationship based on trust and mutual self-confidence, but also assures the best responsibility by each of them, ensuring absolute regularity in case of restraints by the authorities controlling traffic.
