In 2004, Paolo Marchi organised the first Italian congress dedicated to signature cuisine and pastry, "Identità Golose". This project was soon exported to other countries, making its debut in London (2009) and New York (2010), and a guide was also published on auteur restaurants that can be found not only in Italy, but all over the world.

With the passing of time, the event has taken on increasing importance, transforming itself into a congress with an international flavour, thanks to which Italian chefs have the opportunity to compare themselves with their international peers.

And so from 9 to 11 March 2024 at the Allianz MiCo in Milan, chefs from all over the world will come together to analyse the theme specially chosen for this 19th edition: disobedience.

The event will consist of an exhibition area and several rooms in which numerous experts and chefs from all over the world will take turns to speak about their vision, their experience and what it means to them that there is no innovation without disobedience. Traditions will be analysed and it will be discovered how these, in the past, were true innovations dictated by disobedience, i.e. results obtained by following different paths than those followed up to that moment.

It promises to be a really interesting event in which we will participate with some of our drivers, offering all our rent with driver services.
